What this consent covers
By choosing Accept for analytics in our cookie banner or preferences dialog, or by separately ticking a marketing box, you give a specific, informed and freely given consent (açık rıza under KVKK, and consent under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) with ePrivacy Art. 5(3) for the cookies) for the following, and only the following:
- Setting and reading Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga, _ga_<id>) and processing the pseudonymous usage data they produce (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser).
- The transfer of that analytics data to Google in the United States, so it can be processed on our behalf.
- Only if you separately opt in: sending you the marketing or update messages you asked to receive.
This consent is granular. Accepting analytics does not sign you up for marketing, and asking for marketing does not switch on analytics. Each is a separate choice.
It is optional
Giving this consent is not a condition of anything. The site works fully without it, your enquiry is handled the same way, and we do not withhold any service, response or information because you declined. Providing this consent is entirely your choice.
The handling of your enquiry rests on KVKK Art. 5/2, being the pre-contractual steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in answering you, which corresponds to GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (steps before a contract) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest). Bot protection through Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes your IP address, rests on legitimate interest and site security (KVKK Art. 5/2(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). On the same basis, Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us privacy-preserving, cookieless traffic counts: it sets no cookies, does not identify you or build a profile, and rests on the same legitimate interest in understanding and securing the site (KVKK Art. 5/2(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), and like Turnstile sits deliberately outside this consent text. None of that needs your consent. Refusing analytics or marketing changes none of it. The full picture is in our Privacy Policy.
Consent for analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, at an aggregate level, how the site is used so we can improve it. It runs only if you accept. Until then, no analytics cookie is set and no analytics data is sent. We use Google Consent Mode v2, which keeps analytics denied by default until you opt in.
When you consent, the following cookies may be set:
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Distinguishes unique visitors | up to 2 years | |
| _ga_<id> | Persists the analytics session state | up to 2 years |
The data is pseudonymous and covers pages viewed, approximate location, and device and browser type. It is retained in aggregate according to our Google Analytics settings, currently around 14 months. Consent given here is also your consent to the related transfer of this data to Google in the United States, described below.
Consent for optional communications
If, and only if, you separately opt in, we may send you updates, product news or similar messages using the contact details you gave us. This is a distinct consent from analytics and is never assumed from a general enquiry.
Every message we send on this basis includes a clear way to opt out, and you can also withdraw at any time by writing to info@agentrof.com. Withdrawing has no effect on the enquiry you originally sent us.
Cross-border transfer to the United States
The provider behind the analytics you can consent to is in the United States. So you can give an informed consent, here is the honest context.
- Google (Google LLC, US) runs Google Analytics 4 and receives the analytics data if you consent. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and also relies on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as a fallback.
Two things you should know before you decide:
- Under KVKK, Türkiye has issued no adequacy decision for the United States or any other country. Our standing transfers do not rely on your one-off consent. They rest on the appropriate safeguards in KVKK Art. 9, in particular the Board's standard contract (standart sözleşme), which we rely on and are putting in place with our providers. Your consent here is about the analytics processing itself, not a substitute for those safeguards.
- Under EU law, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework is a valid adequacy decision and is operational in 2026. It is currently under appeal before the Court of Justice of the European Union (the Latombe case). If it were invalidated, transfers to Google would continue to rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as a fallback safeguard.
Withdrawing your consent
You can withdraw either consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, and without giving a reason. Withdrawal takes effect going forward and does not affect processing already carried out while your consent was active.
- Analytics: open Cookie preferences in the footer, turn Analytics off, and save. Strictly necessary cookies stay on because the site cannot run without them. You can also use the cookie banner's Reject non-essential option, or clear the cookies in your browser.
- Marketing: use the opt-out link in any message we send, or write to info@agentrof.com.
- Either: email info@agentrof.com and ask us to withdraw it for you.
We keep a record of the consent you gave and of its withdrawal, as evidence that the choice was yours. You can exercise your data-subject rights, listed in the Privacy Policy, at the same address, and if you are in the EU you can also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
