Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the Agentrof website at agentrof.com. The site is an informational and marketing site: there is no online shop, no payment processing, and no user accounts or logins. By visiting or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Who we are and acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using agentrof.com, you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. These terms apply to the whole site, in both its English version (served at the root) and its Turkish version (served under /tr).

If you use the site on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.

Use of the site

You may browse the site, read the content, and contact us through the forms and email addresses we provide. You may view and, for your own internal reference, print or save individual pages. Any other use needs our prior written permission.

When you use the site, and in particular when you submit a contact or enquiry form, you agree that you will not:

  • Provide false, misleading, or someone else's personal data without their authorisation
  • Submit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or infringing content, or content that violates a third party's rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system, or probe, scan, or test its security
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the site, for example through denial-of-service attempts, malware, or automated scraping that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
  • Bypass, disable, or interfere with security features, including the bot-protection challenge (Cloudflare Turnstile) used on our forms
  • Use the site or any content from it to build a competing service, or for unsolicited marketing to us or to others
  • Use the site in any way that breaks the law or these terms, or that could damage, disable, or impair the site or anyone else's use of it

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell human visitors from automated bots. This helps keep the forms and the site available and secure. Turnstile is designed to be privacy-preserving and largely cookieless. For detail on the data involved, see our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The site and its contents, including text, graphics, page layouts, the Agentrof name and logo, product names, designs, and the selection and arrangement of all of the above, are owned by Agentrof or used under licence. They are protected by Turkish and international intellectual property law.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and view the site for lawful, informational purposes. This is a right to use, not a transfer of ownership. Nothing on the site should be read as granting any licence to our trademarks or other intellectual property beyond that.

  • Do not copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute substantial parts of the site without our written permission
  • Do not modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the content
  • Do not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Do not use our name, logo, or brand in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership that does not exist

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the site or our services, you agree that we may use them without obligation or payment to you, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

The site describes Agentrof and what we do. The content is general information only. It is not professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice tailored to your situation.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but to the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  • We do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or error-free, or that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components
  • We may change, suspend, or withdraw all or part of the site at any time, without notice
  • We are not responsible for problems caused by your device, browser, network, or by third-party services outside our control

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Agentrof, its directors, and its employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the site or any content on it, whether the claim is based in contract, tort, or otherwise.

How we handle personal data is explained in full in our Privacy Policy, and how we use cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookie Policy. Please read them together with these terms.

In short: when you complete a contact or enquiry form, we collect the details you provide (such as your name, email, phone, company, message, and area of interest, and, in the IT marketplace flow, your role as buyer or supplier) so we can respond and, where relevant, take the pre-contractual steps you ask for. This is handled on the legal basis of contract and legitimate interest, not on your consent.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) load only after you opt in. Strictly necessary cookies, including the ones that remember your cookie choice and your language, are always on. You can review or change your choice at any time through the Cookie preferences button in the footer.

Changes to the site and these terms

We may update, add to, or remove content and features on the site as our business develops. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our services or in the law.

When we make a material change, we will update the "last updated" date shown at the top of this page. The version published on the site at the time you use it is the version that applies. Please check back so you stay aware of any changes.

If you continue to use the site after an update takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the site, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

The İstanbul (Anadolu) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction to resolve any such dispute. This does not remove any mandatory protection available to you as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
