Academy

Build practical AI capability across your teams.

Academy goes beyond general awareness training. Teams work by role, learn AI in their own business context, and leave with concrete outputs they can demonstrate.

Why it works

People learn AI when they use it on real work.

AI use often matures at different speeds across teams. General awareness sessions rarely change how teams work the next week.

AI fluency across one company
AI-fluent todaypeople already applying AI in their work Still waiting for practical useteams still waiting for role-specific practice
People retain what they produce through practice, not what they only hear.
The problem

A few people move ahead while teams may not know how to apply AI in their work.

Generic AI-awareness training gives everyone the same overview, then leaves teams unsure how to apply it to their own work. Coverage can look broad on the agenda while capability stays uneven in practice.

Our premise

AI capability becomes useful when it reaches the role, the task, and the person doing the work.

So we organize Academy by role and level, then measure success by what participants can do afterward. Each program option ends with a working output the participant understands and can demonstrate.

Who it is for

Built for the role, not a generic classroom.

Eight program options, each shaped around the team’s role, responsibility, and work to improve. A finance lead and a design team do not need the same program. The level sets the depth of the work and the concrete outcome produced at the end.

  1. C-Level Masterclass

    For Executive and strategy teams.

    Program outcome

A structured priority map that helps leadership compare AI priorities and decide where to move.

  2. Director & Manager

    For Directors and team managers.

    Program outcome

A role-based workflow map that helps managers plan team execution and organize recurring workflows.

  3. IT & Engineering

For IT, engineering, and data teams.

    Program outcome

A technical working frame for evaluating agent use across software development, DevOps, SecOps, governance, and monitoring.

  4. Sales & Marketing

    For Sales and marketing teams.

    Program outcome

A working frame that clarifies where AI support fits across campaigns, customer communication, prospect management, and go-to-market work.

  5. Finance

    For Finance and control teams.

    Program outcome

A working frame that helps finance teams evaluate AI use across planning, analysis, control, reporting, and decision support.

  6. Human Resources

    For HR and talent teams.

    Program outcome

An operations frame that helps HR teams position AI support across recruiting, employee experience, and internal services.

  7. Procurement

    For Procurement and sourcing teams.

    Program outcome

An evaluation frame that helps procurement teams use AI support from supplier discovery through proposal assessment and sourcing decisions.

  8. Creative & Media

For Content, design, and brand teams.

    Program outcome

A production frame that helps creative teams use AI support from ideas and briefs to content, design, and brand-aligned materials.

Every agent keeps a person in the loop: it drafts, compiles, or surfaces, and a person decides.

Program depth

Choose the depth that fits your team.

Each program option can be shaped across three levels. The level is defined by the capability participants should leave with, not by job title or time spent in training. We make the expected outcome and boundaries clear from the start.

Level 01

Associate

AI-fluent professional.

Typical format

Three-day workshop, completed with a supervised first prototype.

  • Judge when an agent's output is good, wrong, or needs a human
  • Write clear prompts and briefs that produce usable output
  • Use agents safely for daily work in your role
  • Spot where agents help and where they should not
You are here, next: Professional
  • Build the agent that produces it
  • Wire those briefs into a working agent
  • Complete a working agent for that role
  • Connect an agent to live tools and data
Level 03

Expert

AI systems architect and adoption leader.

Typical format

Enterprise rollout: phased group programs across teams, scoped with you.

  • Architect agents that span teams and systems
  • Set the patterns, guardrails, and reviews others build on
  • Decide which agents a team should build, buy, or skip
  • Lead an adoption program across multiple teams
You are here, the top level
  • To replace the human accountable for a decision
  • To act outside the guardrails and reviews it was given
  • To approve its own move into live use
  • To run without a human in the loop on a consequential step

Program flow

Practice from start to finish.

What separates Academy from awareness training is continuous practice. The Professional intensive program runs about six weeks and moves from foundational capability to a working agent prototype shown live.

  1. Week 1

    Foundations

On-site kickoff. Role-specific fluency, plus the ROF lens each capstone is shaped and reviewed against.

    On-site
  2. Weeks 2 to 3

    Practice labs

Remote and on-site labs. Build the real agent components for your role.

    Practice lab
  3. Week 4

    Practice sprints

Time-boxed sprints turn skills into working pieces.

    On-site
  4. Week 5

    Individual capstone

Each person builds their own agent against a real task.

    Build lab
  5. Week 6

Team practice sprint + live demonstration

Teams combine work, then demonstrate a working agent prototype live in front of participants and leaders.

    Live demo

No one finishes with only notes.

Everyone finishes with something they can show.

What you can do after

Capability you can see, not take on faith.

The program is judged by what participants can do afterward and prove through live demonstration. Each role family arrives one way and leaves with a clearer capability.

Certification

Proven through participation and demonstration.

One Agentrof Academy credential is issued per program and level. It is based on full participation and observable work. At Professional level, two criteria are reviewed, and both can be seen in practice.

Two criteria. Both observable.
  1. Full participation

Across the full program flow, start to finish: practice labs, sprints, and the capstone.

  2. A demonstrated capstone

A working agent prototype for your own role, presented in a live demonstration in front of participants and leaders.

The credential is tied to the demonstrated work.

The credential names your program and the level you reached, Associate, Professional, or Expert, so it reads as a specific capability for a specific role.

Program standards

How we keep the learning practical and accountable.

Every program option follows the same operating standards. The goal is not attendance, it is role-relevant capability that can be reviewed, demonstrated, and carried back into the work.

  1. Designed around role and level

Each group works at the depth their role requires, with examples, exercises, and outputs shaped around their business context.

  2. Built around observable work

Participants leave with a concrete output that can be reviewed, discussed, and improved, not only notes from a session.

  3. Human judgment stays central

Agents can support preparation and analysis, but consequential decisions remain with the people responsible for the work.

  4. Tool-neutral by design

The program teaches durable capability rather than promoting a specific vendor. Outputs stay connected to your team and your operating context.

  5. Privacy

    Safe practice environment

Teams practice with controlled examples and synthetic data. Live systems and sensitive data are not used as the training environment.
